treasurermckinneyIn 2005, MB Piland began working with American Century Investments® and the State Treasurer of Kansas to promote Learning Quest, the college savings plan. The goals: promote the plan in every corner of the state—while achieving the most media value for the dollar. Of course, plan enrollments and additional investments were paramount.

MB Piland analyzed the client’s media, and was able to recognize a 30% savings right off the top. In addition, we negotiated value-added promotion that produced another 20% in media weight for the client’s dollar. The creative is designed to cut through the clutter while adhering to strict regulatory requirements.

In the end, results matter. Learning Quest has seen steady increases in program investment and new accounts. MB Piland recently launched the 2009 campaign.
